Fishing Days in the Florida Keys

Hi there & Welcome to "the Fishing Blog"
We're going to be putting up some fishing news for the Keys & Tournament postings .

"Seriously, this is the best time for billfish along the reef and just offshore. Tailing conditions look very possible for sailfish this weekend with the forecast.

There have been numerous sails throughout the Florida Keys region along with good action from early kings and mackerel. Some day’s conditions are right in the mornings and on others, it has paid off to await the afternoon set for the best bite.

New Key West fishing report - Capt Dave Navarro

Permit have begun to show on the backcountry flats of the Keys. With warm weather this February and March, we should be in store for some outstanding Permit fishing. Today we found Bonefish and Tarpon as well as Permit. The water temps sky rocketed into the upper 70's with a South wind on hand. But as the wind diminished into flat calm, the fish became extremely spooky and scarce. .........  more Key West fishing reports  ......
