We're going to be putting up some fishing news for the Keys & Tournament postings .

"Seriously, this is the best time for billfish along the reef and just offshore. Tailing conditions look very possible for sailfish this weekend with the forecast.

There have been numerous sails throughout the Florida Keys region along with good action from early kings and mackerel. Some day’s conditions are right in the mornings and on others, it has paid off to await the afternoon set for the best bite.

Key Largo fishing report - Capt George Clark - Rodeo Charters

Fishing has been up and down but we have been able to target a variety of species here lately with good success. Sail fishing is a pick right now but we are catching some nice Mahi while live bait fishing. Normally a summer time fish, Mahi venture thru keys waters year round and when they spy a lonely bait fish floating on the surface they don't hesitate to eat them straight away.

Tuna also enjoy live offerings and we have seen some nice black fins on the edge of the reef also. We have targeted tuna recently by trolling and have had great success along with the occasional Wahoo. King mackerel are biting pretty well in these same areas too, and some of the king fish have been over 30 pounds.
